The book is an homage to Alberto Giacometti. It shows the complete series of 30 drawings from the portfolio of the same name from 1989, as well as 5 previously unpublished drawings from this series and a poetic paraphrase by John Berger as accompanying text. An introductory text by the author tells the genesis of the work - from his encounters with Alberto Giacometti, from drawing in the mountains to his friendship with John Berger.
